I want to arrive after the check-in time.
What should I do?
Any guests wanting to check in after reception hours close (11pm) should contact the hotel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival.
When possible we will try our best to accommodate. Any guests that arrive after this check-in time without informing the hotel either directly or by the booking agent could be charged an additional £10.00.
I want to arrive before the check-in time.
What should I do?
Any guests wanting to check in before the check-in period should notify the hotel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Early check-in requests can't always be fulfilled due to current guests staying and housekeeping procedures. If possible we will try our best to get your room ready for your arrival.
I want to send/receive a letter/item at your hotel for my arrival.
Guests should notify the hotel or head office as early as possible. Please note any expected letter/items sent to the hotel is at the guest's risk.
Can I bring my pets?
In order for us to provide you with the best possible service, unfortunately, we no longer operate a Pet-friendly policy.
Guests must arrive between 3pm and 11pm (unless pre-arrangements have been authorised, £10 fee applicable). If booked over phone or desk, the full amount or a small deposit is required, usually a charge for one night.
Cancellations and No Shows:
Cancellations and changes must be made 48 hours prior to arrival, otherwise you will be charged for your stay.
If card details are requested upon failure to authorise booking we must be contacted within 48 hours or your booking will be cancelled. If this falls on your arrival date, the room will only be held until 6pm.
Check out is until 10.30am.
Strictly no smoking within the hotel.
Any guests caught smoking may be expected to pay a fine.
Damages incurred from guests will result in a fine to compensate for losses, which will be charged by card or cash.
Proof of Identification:
Photo ID is required for any guests wishing to pay via card during the check-in procedure in order to confirm card holder details are genuine.
